Most companies, large or small, already employ and leverage a forest of various digital tools to run their business and drive innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Whether it is via large database solutions developed and implemented on Oracle, or enterprise resource planning in SAP, or a global Customer Relationship Management system, all of these provide solid capabilities to run our business.
Pharma companies can no longer expect to deal with disruptions using existing deployment of digital systems. We must look to additional, innovative technologies that can help close this gap. Technology that will afford a new digital transformation to innovate product lifecycle management and provide large companies the ability to become nimble and agile to compete in a continuously changing environment.

His previous positions include Vice President of Global Innovation & Portfolio Management at Catalent Pharma Solutions and Director of Legal Affairs at Teva Pharmaceuticals.
Evi holds an MBA in Pharmaceutical Management, and an MS in Biotechnology, Biochemistry and Food Science from Drexel University in Philadelphia, and a BS in Chemistry from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Wayne has over 25 years of experience in life sciences operations and supply chain. His extensive experience within the Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Medical Device industries enables him to rapidly assess operational and supply chain challenges and provide solutions that are focused on a client’s specific requirements. Wayne’s industry experience includes starting/leading the supply chain function for the biotech division of a leading medical device company, and experience in multiple supply chain and operations roles for a global pharmaceutical manufacturer.
Prior to joining PwC, Wayne was Managing Vice President of Gartner’s Healthcare and Life Sciences Supply Chain Research team, where he led the publication of supply chain research and strategy advice focused on supply chain and operations in this value chain. Wayne is an Advisory Board Member and Co-Chair of the BioSupply Management Alliance, and has served on the Advisory Board of eyefortransport’s Healthcare and Life Sciences Steering Committee.
